We exist to change that.
A Ministry Rooted In Faithful Service
Bill and Pam Rapier have carried a sustained international ministry since 1981, and have served in Southern Africa since 1989. While their base of operations has shifted from Southern Africa to the United States, the mission of their ministry remains unchanged.
Their calling was shaped through personal discipleship, first through the Navigators during Bill’s time serving in the U.S. Army, and later through other faithful Christian leaders while living in the Chicago area. These formative relationships laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to making disciples and strengthening leaders wherever God leads.
Today, that same vision continues: to invest in pastors and leaders, strengthen the church, and support the work of the gospel through faithful mentorship and lasting relationships.
